Leaf and Fern Preserved.

This still life is presented in a style reminiscent of a specimen display, thoughtfully composed with a pattern woven together with light and shadow. Made with preserved plants glued onto pins to give visual depth. Both natural and cast light from a flashlight were used, creating soft and hard shadows.

Printed on 100% cotton rag paper. This archival paper is smooth and matte in texture, featuring beautiful brightness and depth.

11×11″ print with a 1″ white border, total size 13×13″. Signed and numbered by the artist. Limited edition of 10
